We want you to be completely satisfied with your RecoveryLogic Lockbox. If you are not happy with your purchase, this policy explains how to request a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

• To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all accessories included.

• We cannot accept returns for items that:

  • Are damaged due to misuse or neglect.

  • Have been altered or modified.

  • Are returned without the original packaging or components.

2. How to Request a Return

1. Contact us at info@recoverylogic.co with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or damaged when you received it.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at info@recoverylogic.co.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives faulty or damaged:

• Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for the cost of returning your item unless it is faulty or damaged on arrival.

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

7. Your UK Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
